Auction commences at 10am on September 5, 2026 and will begin the closing process on September 15, 2026 at 10am ET
Type: Online Auction – No Reserve. Everything sells regardless of price.

Announcements: Terms of sale are posted on the website. Please refresh and review the website once bidding is opened. Any changes or announcements will be posted promptly.
Auction Time: Bidding will begin at 10:00 am ET on September 5, 2026
Online Auction Closes: Auction will start closing at 10:00 AM ET on September 15 and close each item as it sells. A soft close will apply (meaning: if a bidder bids in the last 2 minutes of bidding, the auction software will add an additional 2 minutes).
Disclosure: Woltz & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Items may be added or deleted from sale. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Woltz & Associates, Inc., reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WOLTZ & ASSOCIATES, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information deemed necessary by Auction Company.
Inspection Date: Saturday September 12 from 10 am to 2pm.
Personal Property Location & Pickup: The Property is located at 300 Rawlsdale Road, Courtland Va. and pickup is September 18 from 10:00 am to 5 pm ET.
Buyer Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. For example, if your high bid is $100.00, your total purchase amount will be $110.00.
Payment: The buyer’s credit card (cc used for registration) will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Buyer’s will be charged an additional convenience fee of 3.5% of the purchase price. You will be emailed a receipt to the email address you provided during registration.
Credit Card Disclosure: To verify valid credit card information has been provided, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00. The charge will be reversed once the processor has found the card to be valid.
Sales Tax: Virginia Sales tax (5.3%) will be charged on the personal property.
Tax Exemption: All Bidders with Tax Exempt Status must complete and submit an Exemption form before they bid. Exemption Certifications are available at https://www.woltz.com/auctions/1067/ in the Documents section. Exemption Certifications must be emailed to hannah@woltz.com before the close of bidding at 10 am on September 15, 2026. Please use the Subject “A1067 Tax Exempt” and please also note in the email whether you have registered.

Removal of Personal Property: Paid receipt must be shown at time of pickup. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT. Personal property becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time of the sale. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller provides equipment or labor to remove items purchased. Personal property pickup will be at the property: 300 Rawlsdale Road, Courtland, VA. 23851. and pickup is September 18, 2026 from 10 am to 5pm. Failure by the buyer(s) to meet the removal schedule and conditions may result in the loss of your purchases without refund. Auction Company and Seller are not responsible in case of accidents on-premises. Buyers causing damage, harm, creating environmental issues, dumping, destroying or abandoning, refusal, or any other act to cause monetary expense to be incurred to a Seller’s Property or auction site location or property of any type will be held liable for ANY AND ALL damages, cleanup, or repair and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
