Auction Tracts 1 & 2: Traveling North on Route 8 from Mount Pleasant Church turn right on McCarver Loop Road, travel 0.6 miles turn right on Tate Hill Road travel 0.3 miles and turn right on Bowater Road. Travel 9.7 miles. Take slight left and continue to gate. Call for gate code. Tract 2 will be on your left. Continue 1 mile to parcel 1. Watch for signs.
Auction Tracts 4-11: From Intersection of Route 8 & 111 head north on TN 111 travel 1.2 miles and turn right on Old State HWY 111, travel 1 mile and turn right on Army Camp Road, travel 1 mile and turn right on Hitchcock Road, travel 1.1 mile and follow signs into property. Gate is locked, call for gate code.
Auction Tracts 12 & 13: From Mount Pleasant Church on Route 8 travel north 2.5 miles and turn right on White Oak Swamp Road, travel 1.4 miles and turn left on Hitchcock Road, travel 1 mile, you will go thru adjoining farm to auction tract 13 continue through 13 to tract 12. Watch for signs.
