Auction Time: Bidding will begin at 8:00 AM ET.
Online Auction Closes: Auction will start closing at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 and close each item as it sells. A soft close will apply (meaning: if a bidder bids in the last 2 minutes of bidding, the auction software will add an additional 2 minutes).
Disclosure: Woltz & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Items may be added or deleted from sale. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Woltz & Associates, Inc., reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WOLTZ & ASSOCIATES, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Inspection Dates: October 12 & 19, 2025 from 12:00pm ET – 4:00pm ET.
Personal Property Location & Pickup: The Property is located at 1505 Highland Cir, Blacksburg, VA 24060 and pickup is October 24-25, 2025, from 9:00am ET – 4:00pm ET. Pickup times will be available by last name as follows: A-F on Friday, 9:00-12:00pm; G-L on Friday, 12:00-4:00pm; M-S on Saturday 9:00-12:00pm; T-Z on Saturday, 12:00-4:00pm.
Buyer Premium: A 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. For example, if your high bid is $100.00, your total purchase amount will be $118.00.
Payment: The buyer’s credit card (cc used for registration) will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Buyer’s will be charged a convenience fee of 3.5% of the purchase price, which is included in the Buyer’s Premium. You will be emailed a receipt to the email address you provided during registration.
Credit Card Disclosure: To verify valid credit card information has been provided, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00. The charge will be reversed once the processor has found the card to be valid.
Sales Tax: Virginia Sales tax (5.3%) will be charged on the personal property.
Tax Exemption: All Bidders with Tax Exempt Status must complete and submit an Exemption form before they bid. Exemption Certifications are available at https://www.woltz.com/auctions/1051pp/ in the Documents section. Exemption Certifications must be emailed to hannah@wotlz.com before the close of bidding at Noon, October 22nd, 2025. Please use the Subject “A1051 Tax Exempt” and please also note in the email whether you have registered.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs. Buyers may call the UPS Store directly for pick-up/packing/shipping pricing. The UPS Store location is 125 N Main Street #500, Blacksburg, VA 24060. Call (540) 953-9000 and ask for Brian (manager) or Kevin (owner). Otherwise, Buyers are responsible for bringing any equipment needed to pick up purchased items.
Removal of Personal Property: Paid receipt must be shown at time of pickup. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT. Personal property becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time of the sale. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller provides equipment or labor to remove items purchased. Personal property pickup will be at the property: 1505 Highland Cir., Blacksburg, VA 24060 and pickup is October 24 & 25, 2025, from 9:00am ET – 4:00pm ET. Pickup times will be available by last name as follows: A-F on Friday, 9:00-12:00pm; G-L on Friday, 12:00-4:00pm; M-S on Saturday 9:00-12:00pm; T-Z on Saturday, 12:00-4:00pm. Failure by the buyer(s) to meet the removal schedule and conditions may result in the loss of your purchases without refund. Auction Company and Seller are not responsible in case of accidents on-premises. Buyers causing damage, harm, creating environmental issues, dumping, destroying or abandoning, refusal, or any other act to cause monetary expense to be incurred to a Seller’s Property or auction site location or property of any type will be held liable for ANY AND ALL damages, cleanup, or repair and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
