213 Dry River Rd., Bridgewater, VA 22812. From I-81 just south of Harrisonburg, Virginia, take the Mount Crawford/Bridgewater Exit #240. Turn west on Route 257 toward Bridgewater. Follow 3.3 miles and at stop light turn right on Route 257/42 (North Main St.). Follow .3 miles and turn left on North River Road. Follow .2 miles and turn right on Dry River Road. Follow .4 miles to auction site on right, just beyond General Financial Supply, Inc. and Good Printers. |

Basic Terms and Conditions:
- Bids will be accepted only from registered bidders. Come early for registration.
- All vehicles and equipment are being sold ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder. All sales are final.
- All items are being sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. Bidders should perform such inspections or independent investigation as they deem necessary or appropriate. Neither the Seller nor the Auction Company makes any warranties whatsoever.
- Announcements day of sale take precedence over all prior releases, verbal or written, concerning this sale. Detailed terms and conditions provided at sale.
- Auction Company and its representatives represent the Seller.
- A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the sales price.
- No sales tax will be collected on equipment and inventory. Applicable taxes on motor vehicles will be assessed when they are re-titled by the buyer.
- All vehicles, equipment, inventory, etc. must be paid for in full on day of sale by cash, cashier’s check or pre-approved personal check with a bank letter stating “____________ is a customer of this bank and account number ___________ is in good standing.
- Titles to and possession of vehicles and equipment will be provided upon receipt of cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer to Auction Company Escrow Account, or upon personal check(s) clearing the bank.
- All equipment, inventory, etc. should be removed from the premises on sale day, or on Friday March 20, from 9 A.M to 5 P.M., unless prior arrangements are made with the Auction Company. Removal is at buyer’s risk and expense. All items sold become the responsibility of the buyer upon being pronounced “SOLD” by the Auctioneer.
