From Charlotte N.C. at the intersection of I-77 and I-85 go north on I-85, follow 4.1 miles and take Exit 42 for Routes 29 and 49 north. Follow signs to Route 49 north. Proceed North on Rt 49 for 6.5 miles to Harrisburg and turn right at the intersection of Cedar Street at the SECU (State Employees Credit Union). Follow to end of pavement, to west property entrance. - REGISTRATION: Bids will be accepted only from registered bidders. Registration begins at sale site, Hibernian Hall, at 5:00 PM. Please bring a driver’s license for identification.
- TERMS OF SALE: All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Bidders should perform such independent investigation with respect to the property as they deem necessary or appropriate. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Property is being sold subject to Seller confirmation.
- AGENCY: THE AUCTION COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT THE SELLER.
- ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements day of sale take precedence over all prior releases, verbal and written, concerning this sale.
- BIDDING: Qualified bidders may bid on individual tracts, groupings of tracts or on the whole property. The auctioneer will determine bid increments. All decisions by the auctioneer are final.

- CLOSING DATE: The balance of the purchase price is due at settlement on or before March 27, 2008.
