  3. All property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Please inspect before bidding.
  4. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all prior releases, verbal and written, concerning this sale.
  5. Auction Company and its representatives represent the Seller.
  6. Sales 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 14 are being sold at ABSOLUTE AUCTION to the highest bidder. Sales 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 are being sold subject to Seller confirmation. All sales are final.

  8. A five percent (5%) buyer’s premium will be charged on real estate to determine the contract price.
  9. A ten percent (10%) deposit (based upon the high bid plus the buyer’s premium) shall be due immediately following the sale.   10. The real estate will be conveyed by General Warranty Deed free and clear of liens, subject, however, to any rights of way, easements and restrictions of record.
